After spending approximately 4 1/2 years gaining experience in civil defense work, Kelly Baudin began focusing her practice on zealously representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. She received her B.S. in Marketing at Arizona State University, graduating cum laude from the Barrett Honors College. Kelly returned to Illinois, where she grew up, to attend law school and received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2007. Kelly has experience in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice, and real estate. ​She has also participated on the Board of Directors for Family Alliance, a not-for-profit organization serving senior citizens in McHenry County and the surrounding areas.

Born in Chicago and raised in Crystal Lake, W. Randal “Randy” Baudin II received his B.A. degree in psychology from Judson University. He also played on the men’s varsity basketball team. He then received a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Currently, Randy is a shareholder in the Baudin Law Group, Ltd. He also serves as the Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Harvard and an advisor to the Quiet Storm Foundation, the charitable foundation of former NBA point guard CJ Watson. Randy also serves as an advisor to the Midwest Sports Academy, a non-profit corporation serving underprivileged children in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Randy is an adjunct professor at Judson University and is a member of Judson’s Dignitary Protection Team, protecting numerous heads of state, sports figures, and billionaires. He also served as a patrol officer, sergeant, and interim chief of police. Randy has also served as a village board member and the police committee chairman.
